1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Alpha Technologies USA Inc. (“Alpha Technologies,” “we,” “us”) collects and uses personal information through the Seal360 website at seal360.ai (the “Site”). It applies to visitors and to people who contact us or request a demo.
It does not cover data that customers process inside the Seal360 platform. That data is governed by the customer’s agreement with us, including any data processing agreement, and the customer controls it.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you request a demo or contact us, we collect the information you enter, such as your first and last name, work email address, company, role, and any message you include.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested, and the date and time of the request. We use this to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.
3. How we use information
- To respond to demo requests and inquiries, and to schedule and deliver demonstrations.
- To send information about Seal360 that you have asked for, or that relates to your inquiry.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations and to protect our rights.
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and running our website, on your consent where you have given it, and on legal obligations where they apply.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. How we share information
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the Site and respond to you, under contracts that limit their use of it:
- Formspree, which receives and delivers demo request form submissions to us.
- Microsoft Azure, which hosts the Site.
- Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces used on the Site and receives your IP address when the fonts load.
We may also share information within the Alpha Technologies group of companies to respond to your request, if required by law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Cookies and analytics
The Site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
6. Retention
We keep demo request and contact information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our business relationship, and then delete or anonymize it unless we must keep it longer for legal reasons.
7. Security
We protect personal information with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Seal360 is SOC 2 compliant and ISO 27001 certified. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any incident.
8. International transfers
Alpha Technologies operates in North America, Europe, and Asia, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. When we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we use recognized safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

10. Children
The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
